Rules 1. Go crazy with text and other effects, but no animated icons. This is a stillness community after all. 2. All entries will be screened until voting is over. Do not use your icon or post it anywhere else until the winners have been announced. If you want to use an icon that has been submitted, make sure you ask the maker first. 3. Do not vote for yourself or ask friends to vote for you. That's just lame. 4. All icons must fit LJ standards. Under 40kb. 100x100. GIF, JPG, and PNG format. 5. You are allowed to enter only one icon each challenge.
Submitting 1. For each new challenge I will make an entry with a picture or two to be used for that contest. Comment to that entry with either the icon or the url. All comments will be screened, so only you and I will be able to see your icon until voting. 2. Upload your icon on a host that allows remote linking, such as photobucket.com. Angelfire, geocities, will not work, so save everybody some trouble.
Timeline 1. New challenges will be posted on Monday. 2. Deadline for challange submissions will be on Friday. Voting ends on Sunday. Times for this may vary. 3. Winning icons will be posted Monday, when the new challenge will be announced.
