Indiana
[edit]Attorney General Todd Rokita was re-elected in 2024 with 58.8% of the vote.[1] He is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if he will do so.
Missouri
[edit]Attorney General Catherine Hanaway was appointed to the position after her predecessor Andrew Bailey resigned to become Co-Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.[2] She is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if she will do so.
Montana
[edit]Attorney General Austin Knudsen was re-elected in 2024 with 59.7% of the vote.[3] He is term-limited and ineligible to run for re-election.
North Carolina
[edit]Attorney General Jeff Jackson was elected in 2024 with 51.4% of the vote.[4] He is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if he will do so.
Oregon
[edit]Attorney General Dan Rayfield was elected in 2024 with 54.4% of the vote.[5] He is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if he will do so.
Pennsylvania
[edit]Attorney General Dave Sunday was elected in 2024 with 50.8% of the vote.[6] He is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if he will do so.
Utah
[edit]Attorney General Derek Brown was elected in 2024 with 57.8% of the vote.[7] He is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if he will do so.
Vermont
[edit]Attorney General Charity Clark is running for re-election to a third term in 2026. Because Vermont does not have attorney general term limits in its Constitution, she will be eligible to run for re-election for a fourth term, should she win a third term in 2026.
Washington
[edit]Attorney General Nick Brown was elected in 2024 with 55.6% of the vote.[8] He is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if he will do so.
West Virginia
[edit]Attorney General JB McCuskey was elected in 2024 with 70.0% of the vote.[9] He is eligible to run for re-election but has not yet stated if he will do so.
