I wanted to ask if the archive.org link for the 31th reference does work for you? I initially didnât include it since the internet wayback machine didnât show me the article's content.

- The archive.org link isn't working for me either, I must not have noticed that when I added it but I've gone ahead and removed it now. I just tried to archive the article again but that's not working either so Reuters must be blocking it for the time being?
- Also, I presume you're a Francophone? If you could add any more info to the article that would be great!
