Hi, community! I just played Enzai this Monday, and I come bearing fic!

Bad Habits

Pairing: Lusca/Guys
Rating: NC-17/M for explicit (and—gasp! shock!—consensual) sex.
Word Count: About 3,000
Warnings: None, unless mild forms of self-abuse such as nail biting are triggers for you.
Summary: Even the best lawyers lose cases sometimes. Thankfully, Lusca has a cute tsundere to verbally slap some sense into him when these times happen.
Notes: I just played Enzai and quite enjoyed it—despite my usual dislike for rape-as-kink plots. :/ Lusca/Guys is definitely my OTP (though I love Belbet/Guys and Evan/Guys, too), but this is my first time writing either of them, so I'm definitely still learning. Critique is more than welcome and encouraged.

I admit it, occasionally I look at 2channel. I found a Langmaor thread dating back to 2007. I know 2channel is FAR from a reliable source, but it’s possibly an indicator of public opinion.

Hai~I'm the new inmate here~ :)
I had founded this community months ago,but since at that time I didn't have my own email address,I can only stalk the community....*sad face*

Novel!
JPQueen got the novel for me -- not the “Enzai: The Diary” written by Yuuma herself, but an adaptation by another author. It's big, about 250pp, so obviously I won't try to translate it. It will take some time just to read it. But as I go along, if I find something interesting, I'd like to mention it.

It starts with the sentencing. Guys recaps how he got here, and then he's taken to Durer's office. Durer hits him with a chair, but the book doesn't describe the body cavity search. In the next scene, Guys just mentions briefly that Durer stuck his fingers in outrageous places. It looks like this author is more squeamish than Yuuma and Yura.

Jose's welcoming scene also plays out differently. His crew don't all pile on, they hang back and watch as Jose and Guys fight one-on-one. Guys manages to elbow Jose in the ribs and knock the wind out of him, and apparently that's enough to raise his status from potential victim in Jose's view. Jose gives up trying to force him.

This is not a timeline.
Previously, I’ve mentioned finding scans of the Official Fan Book, and also a sequence of events in it that I wanted to translate. I have now bought my own copy of the book, so I’m legit again. (Although it’s secondhand, so it does the publisher no good anyway. The book is out of print, I can’t give the publisher money for it, so I don’t see what’s wrong with scans in this case.)
