Ewan McGregor Weekly Icontest

Rules
1. Your submissions can be animated or still - no extra credit given either way.
2. Your submissions must remain anonymous. You cannot use your icon anywhere until the voting is over.
3. Do not vote for yourself, nor get your friends to vote for you.
4. Only new, original icons may be submitted.
5. Make sure your submission fits LJ's size standards. (40kb and 100x100 MAX)
6. Do not take submissions/winners' icons unless you have their permission.

How it Works
Each Monday, one of the mods will post a challenge, usually consisting of either screecaps to choose from or a premade base, although that won't alwasy be the case. Use brushes, text, effects, etc., to create a unique icon, and submit it in a comment to the post the challenge came from (all comments will be screened), in IMG SRC form and URL form.

Entries will be accepted all week (M-F), and voting will take place on the weekend. Winners and a new challenge will be announced the following Monday.

Banners will be made each week for the winners. A banner will also be made for a Mod's Choice icon.
