I think i might have got my second wind of weight loss!!! Hoping for a good scale read tomorrow :-)

Since the beginning of this year i am down 20 lbs! Lets see if I can drop another 15 before march!

Down 3 lbs since Sunday! I kept it under 500 calories both days. Today I will do the same and I can fast Wednesday and Thursday!

All of the the thinspo posted gives me strength! When I get a free moment I will post some. Anyway.... Thank you all so much!
