Founded in 2023 by De’Vaughnn Williams, Foster & Fashion is an organization that empowers foster youth through creative expression and mental wellness.

Beyond fashion, we advocate for the rights and needs of individuals in foster care. Foster & Fashion actively engages in awareness campaigns, collaborates with local communities, and works towards eliminating stereotypes associated with foster youth.

Fashion is more than just clothing—it’s a means of self-expression and a powerful tool for fostering confidence. At Foster & Fashion, we believe that by introducing foster youth to the world of fashion and style, we can help them feel recognized, valued, and empowered.
Through our hands-on fashion workshops, led by industry professionals, foster youth not only develop creative skills but also build meaningful relationships. They learn to express themselves authentically, and in doing so, they see their own worth reflected in the art they create.

Meet the Founder
De’Vaughnn Williams is a visionary leader, five-time internationally recognized pageant titleholder, and advocate for foster youth. After navigating the foster care system herself, De’Vaughnn has dedicated her life to giving back to foster children through creative outlets and advocacy. Her passion for fashion and empowerment inspired her to create Foster & Fashion, combining her love for style with her deep commitment to helping foster youth thrive.
