This is a development that combines animation with housing to bring a diverse group of people together in one loving community.
The Project Magazine for The Coterie is a much simpler, stripped back version of a Design and Access Statement. A Design and Access Statement is a short report that accompanies and supports an architectural planning application to outline the design principles, development and concepts, and the approach to access.
