My rules are pretty simple and straightforward. Nothing too fancy, so don't freak out.
One: Credit is good. Very good, actually. Now, I won't hunt you down or threaten to take down my icons or anything if you don't credit...but yeah, it's definitely appreciated.
Two: Comments are even better than crediting. Let me know what you like, even if you don't take it. That way I can make more of what people like. ALSO! Concrit is greatly appreciated. If you don't like something or you have an idea on how to make it better, please let me know! Politeness about doing such is encouraged though.
Three: Please don't hotlink. It's just not polite. I'm not going to throw a fit about that either, but please host things yourself. If you need a place to store images though, let me know. I may be able to help.
Four: Please don't edit my icons. I make a fair amount of textless ones, and I'd like them to stay that way. Also, if you want something customized, let me know and I may do it for you. Also note that if I'm making bases, they will be marked as bases. And they won't need credit, unless it's blanket credit in a resource post.

Instructions
If you have a paid account...

1- Download the zip file.
2- Upload the files without changing the name to your host. Photobucket" works.
3- Go to the LJ command console. Enter in moodtheme_create name des with name being..the name, and des being a random description. Click execute.
4- Write down the number they give you..and stay on that page, to make things easy.
5- Open up the text document in Word or any other program that allows find/replace. Replace 123456 with your code number. Replace yourhost.com/folder with ...your host and folder.
6- Paste that into the box on the command console.
7- Select theme... Voila!

For a Free Account...
1- Download the zip file
