(Feature Request) Temp disable threshold

Is there a feature like in tlp where you can automatically disable the battery threshold until a complete full charge?

I'd also like to temporary disable charging threhold until reboot in case I need to bring my lap with me somewhere

Hi @thangisme, I just finished with all of my uni exams on Friday so I will be getting to finish the pull-request for this issue this week!
