KSP resets reference part when changing IVA seats #243

Discovered when fixing Issue #241. When in IVA, if the reference transform is set to something other than the current command pod (eg, a docking port), and the player changes seats in the IVA using the 'V' key in the default US keyboard layout, the reference transform is reset to the command pod.

Prior to 1.6.x, the reference transform did not change while moving through IVA. Issue filed at the KSP bug tracker. https://bugs.kerbalspaceprogram.com/issues/21063
