fix(everyone): only list assigned tasks the viewer can read - #1926

The Everyone board now checks read access for tasks it picks up by assignee, the same way the group board does. Tasks in projects the viewer can see still show.

Description
The Everyone board now applies the task read check to tasks it picks up by assignee, the same check the group board already uses. Tasks in projects the viewer owns or has been shared still show.

Testing
How did you test this?
Added a test to
backend/tests/integration/everyone.test.js(fails before the change, passes after). Ran it with group-permissions-read, cloud-account-isolation, cloud-superadmin-isolation and admin-users-no-email, plus backend eslint.npm run pre-pushpassesChecklist
