Delete Tags

Description

Why is there a feature to add metadata but not one to delete it? If you accidentally add something, is there no way to correct it, and do you have to start the entire project over from scratch?

I mean metadata. Where the UI displays "metadata". Maybe the developer knows what I mean...

I think you mean Tracks screen, select track and edit metadata, then being able to delete existing tags from the file (tags that are already in the opened file). correct @Mishasama ?

@mifi Yes! Even tags that have just been manually added via the interface but haven’t been written to the file yet cannot be deleted.

Could you show what you mean by this? If you see the video posted above it's clearly possible to delete tags that were added manually without having been written to file.

Don't you already know what I'm talking about?

have now added a delete button for existing meta (which sets it to empty string - which is how ffmpeg deletes metadata)
