- Fix chroma phase correction for unstable sources. The phase offset was being used twice to correct the phase, and this resulted in over correction.
- Reduce NTSC U-matic chroma burst reference. All of the NTSC U-matic test captures I have were clipping with bright reds. I adjusted the burst reference down to get the correct levels for 75% color bars.
