Issues with pydantic-core wheels #12391

For some reason, when I updated the lockfile in #12390, the sdist did not get included (I reached out to the uv team for insights). As a consequence, uv wasn't able to build from source for two runs:

I think for Pypy we just need to drop 3.9 in Pydantic's CI. However, seems like we are missing wheels for macos + 3.14t?

We should probably use uv's --only-binary when installing pydantic-core to prevent this from happening.
