The bundled dictionary is US English (assets/hyphenation/en-us.dic), with a few British forms added by hand in EXTRA (colour, centre, organise). Common British spellings such as judgement, defence, licence, programme and catalogue are still flagged.
Would you consider an English (UK) dictionary, selectable per document or from the document's language (w:lang="en-GB" in the .docx)? It matters for anyone drafting to UK or Commonwealth conventions, including legal work in jurisdictions that follow British usage.
A related question: does Add to Dictionary persist between sessions? The user word list in crates/proof/src/lib.rs looks in-memory only.
