Fixes #1424
Select All no longer follows the caret to the last page. In a table, Ctrl+A grows like Word: cell, then row, then table, then the document. A later Ctrl+A, Bold or Copy keeps the view where it is.
Tests: engine cell/row/table/document, column, story ending in a table, F8; UI select_all_does_not_scroll_to_the_end.
