The current codebase doesn't make any tool calls. fix that in the loop and get it to work. #65

Tool calls depend very much on the kind of model we are currently running.
Goal
Ensure tool calls work inside agent loop.
Description
Current loop does not trigger tool calls properly.
Acceptance Criteria
- Tool calls executed in loop
- No broken paths
- Verified via logs
