Welcome! We are a group of LJers who are keeping each other accountable on their health journey. Some us of want to lose weight while others are trying to maintain or change their current diet. We will be posting daily (hopefully) our meals and excercise habits. Weigh-ins will be made friends-only if the poster is not comfortable with posting this info publicly. Also please feel free to post any mental or physical health related sites of interest.
If you're not a member of the original group, by all means feel free to jump in! We are supportive and would love to help if we can. An introduction would be nice, but not necessary.
