London. The war that raged over the Wizarding world between the Death Eaters and the Order of the Phoenix has finally come to an end after years of struggle. Voldemort has emerged triumphant and now controls not only all of Britian, but France, Spain, Germany, and Italy as well. The Dark Lord rules over these conquered nations like a veritable king.

All those who remained loyal to him, pureblood naturally, have become nobility. Lords and ladies of vast and beautiful estates, whilst others are forced to make a living in delapitated cities. Some have even become slaves and lowly servants to the nobles of this new world order.

But as Voldemort rules and wages wars against the Americas and the other few nations that still dare to oppose him, a resistance has been steadily growing. They are farmers, they are shopkeepers, they are teachers, they are servants in houses of nobility, and some of them are even nobility themselves… And they meet in secret, planning how to one day bring Voldemort to his ruin.


Rules:

1) Members can only have two characters, unless approved by a mod!

2) The character journals are for private posts (makes make sure to note posts as such to ensure that they are not ‘seen’ or responded to), locked posts (i.e. locked to ‘insert name’), letters to friends and family, one on one conversations, any and all smut (make sure to give a rating for these posts), and rp’s that were done over instant messaging.

4) Face for character does not have to be the actor who portrays that character in the movies. All PB's (actors used to portray the characters) have to fit the description given in the book. Mods have the right to veto if it doesn't fit -- mainly has to do with the more prominent characters. If they do not fit, it would have to be approved by a mod. No bitching if its not.

5) Only when a member has been around for a while can they take on an extra character.

6) Villains are off limits. Only those approved by the moderators can take up a villain as one of their characters. (this mainly pertains to Voldemort.)

7) Before anyone can be a character, they must send an character template to one of the mods.

8) Slash and Het couples are allowed (no discrimination here!).

9) Liberties can be taken with minor characters’ personalities. If there is any change in a major character’s personality, it must be progressive and believable.

10) You can’t do anything to another person’s character without their express permission. This means, no forming plotlines that involve them and no harming them unless it is okay with them. Both parties must agree on a plotline before it is started.

11) No god-modding.

12) No flaming.

13) Any problems or questions contact the Mods!

14) Posts must be a minimum of 250 words.

15) In the posts, where there isn't a specific definite setting aside from London, at the beginning of the post the setting MUST be stated. Easiest way to do so is:
