Mark gave me the self titled Soulfly album. Changed my life forever. Even though the first time i heard it i cried cuz i had NO IDEA what the fuck i was listening to... true story. Didn't like it at first... then it grew...

the regular kind. i dunno... i listen to em all... i think... lol

4. What is your opinion of Nu-Metal?
My favorite band is considered "Nu-metal"...

No... it reminds me of 7th grade. hahaha.

It was only worth it when Ascendancy came out... now its all SHIT.

okay well me and my friend got right in the front in the middleish too while they performed it was soooo crazy i could barely watch the band b/c of all the crowd surfers and what not.. but cristian went onto the barrier thing were me and my friend was and he was like literally RIGHT ON TOP OF ME. it was sooo godly. and than his bracelet broke off of him b/c of everyone touching his arm/hand and what not but i got it :-)

concert at Croc Rock last night

after some mixed feelings about actually going to the show, i :sniffle: <determinedly>pulled myself together and went!  lucky enough for me, because now, Ill Nino is my newest savior!  they freakin rocked out so hard.  amazing.  Element Eighty was badass also, especially for being the first band up.  forty below summer was good.  they were hating on The Darkness.  it was grand.  Flaw was not as good as i thought they would be live.  but they still ruled the ass anyway!  i was covered in so much sweat, and most of it wasn't mine.  :mmm christian's sweaty-goodness:  elli and her new friend kelly got to hug ill nino's bassist.  aaaand elli and taylor licked dead-sexy dave (from Element Eighty)'s face.  gawgeous.  he was married, and his wife was standing right there while they did it.  glorious.  when Element Eighty was playing, i got in the pit, and those dirty em-effers were hardcore [angry-gorilla] dancing.  i got knocked over, and my left contact flew out of my eye.  i was half-blind the whole night.  i got beat up badly during Ill Nino when this chick kept hitting my hip with her damn elbow.  it was so packed in there.  with all the pushing, shoving, jumping, i felt like i was getting raped in the butt.  whilst in the middle of a gigantic orgy.  hawt. but it was so fucking worth it.  i bought an Ill Nino shirt (which you would've seen today if you were paying attention) and an Element Eighty CD.. it's a great album.  you should buy it.  now.   me and Elli returned home at 12.40ish.  needless to say, lassitude overwhelms me. i am sore beyond belief.
