“Memorial de Massena” Scan

Back in February I purchased a short booklet titled “Memorial de Massena” off of Ebay. Created in 1952 by the City of Nice (Massena’s place of birth) as a gift for the people of Massena, New York (which was named after the French Marshal), it mostly contains various pictures of artwork relating to the life of Marshal Andre Massena as well as photos of the Villa Massena, which is now a museum. Honestly, it’s not really anything special – if I was in charge of putting this thing together I would definitely included a lot more details on Massena’s life and campaigns – but at least it’s a nice-looking bit of Napoleonic memorabilia, clearly designed to look older than it actually is.
