| | Elysian Fields - Passing On The Stairs | ] | Hey, for any perfume junkies, just a heads up...
Sephora has a ton of perfumes (from Diesel to Versace to Etro) on sale ay 75% off. Here's the link: http://www.sephora.com/browse/section.jhtml?categoryId=C8401
I'm considering trying one of them... I'm in the market for a new perfume, I've been wearing Aquolina's Pink Sugar but I'm almost out and I'm kind of sick of it anyhow. I tend to like richer, not "too" anything ("too spicy, too floral, too sweet") scents with a touch of sweetness a la vanilla. Past favorites of mine have been a cherry-blackberry-vanilla-musk mix (Comptoir Sud Pacifique's Fruits Sauvages, discontinued) and a spicy vanilla (Yves Rocher Vanille Bourbon, also discontinued).
I'm trying to decide between these two, pretty much... they sound similar, but I don't know which one I want to try. Opinions?
Option One: Valentino Gold "Valentino Gold is an indulgent scent comprised of fresh top notes of sparkling Key West lime and mandarin, mid-notes of ginger water lily and soft cranberry, and smoothed by a creamy base of blue iris and a rich, elegant veil of white musk. Notes: Mandarin, Key West Lime, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cranberry, Ginger Water Lily, Sandalwood, Blue Iris, White Musk. Style: Glamorous. Indulgent. Seductive."
Option Two: Diesel Green Feminine This fresh, woody floral is a lush combination of ginger, lime, soothing woods, and soft florals such as carnation and jasmine that blend softly to make a fragrance that is the ultimate statement in femininity. Notes: Ginger, Cinnamon, Rose, Jasmine, Carnation, Orris, Orange Blossom, Lime, Cedarwood, Musk, Amber, Sandalwood, Vanilla. Style: Young, Fresh. Feminine.
