New front page translations

Hello, I am soon to be an active member of this wiki! I am learning Klingon and are quite far in in Duolingo.

Just letting you guys know that I've added Haitian Creole and Tok Pisin translations of the main page. I have lots of friends who speak different languages and such.

We're still here. Where are you?

This wiki has been very silent for a long time, although we still observe and maintain it. During August 2024, we have updated many pages with new words we have discovered during the past years, eliminating lots of English words inside of Klingon texts. Also, we found a way to change the font to better readability.

Unfortunately, nobody seems to be willing to add Klingon articles in here, and that makes us wonder, why? There are so many Klingonists around in the world who enjoy translating Klingon poems, pieces of music and operas. Working on this wiki is far from such a big project. You can start a page even with just one single phrase that explains a thing. Use tthis portal for practice and usage of the Klingon language. Let's show the world that the Klingon language is a vivid, working and real language. tlhIngan maH taHjaj! -- Your Klingon Encyclopedia Admin.

Complete cleanup 2016

After many years of silence and several software updates of Wikia, it was time to adapt the Klingon Encyclopedia to the new standards. We had to quit the old, Wikipedia-like, monobook style in order to be able to use some of the great features Wikia proposes. Lots of old and incorrect pages have been eliminated, and some of the templates have been updated.

The Main Page is now in english only, but has all the other languages extracted to their own pages.
This forum is entirely new and will replace the old discussion pages which were used before.

It is our great wish that more klingonists may be brave enough to write short articles about anything they like. The latest edits show that one can really talk about anything in Klingon. So go ahead and DaH peghItlh jay'! --Lieven, Klingon Wikia Admin (talk) 15:39, February 4, 2016 (UTC)
