We made it :D

 

OMG our rental car is massive I can't believe I actually managed to drive it and not get into an accident. I even parallel parked like a boss. This car is twice the size of mine, lawl.

 

Having breakfast at 11pm because my body thinks it's 7am, I kinda have been up for 25hrs straight now.

 

Tomorrow we're gonna head out to Santa Barbara most likely!

I'd genuinely meant to make some proper posts regarding my current obsessions and RL shenanigans. But I'm still pants at plannings and now I've run out of time again.

Leaving for California in the morning!

kjhfksdhfjks SO EXCITED. Not even the bloody Shutdown is gonna contain how much I'm looking forward to this trip! Even though I can't visit Alcatraz or any of the national parks, like Yosemite. Sigh. Sort your shit, Obama. Kplstnx.

Anywaaaaaaay! yffie and I will be gone for nearly three weeks! We'll start at LA, make our way upwards to San Francisco and such, where we'll be staying with my aunt, cousins and their families and I'll also get to see yanks_02 again! Then we'll drive to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon (bless Arizona for keeping it open!) and then we'll head over to San Diego to stay with my friend Noortje, who's currently deployed at the US Navy there and then I'll hopefully get to meet up with entwashian!!

Should be a fun trip all around. *nods*

...... and I still need to finish packing, though I'll have to be up in six hours to leave for the airport, so I'll be off then. Might check in from time to time if we have wi-fi at certain places! Bye guys :D

Still here! Yes yes! But aw you guys, it's so lovely to see some of you are still around! Let's all bring more people back so we can have a proper party again :D

New layout/mood theme/icons will have to wait. Apparently I'm still a weirdo with strange issues about using other people's icons, lol. I just can't do it. And I haven't found the mood theme that I wanted, so I guess I'll have to make it myself then xD All my favourite layoutmakers have seem to have all disappeared too, so any recs on layoutmakers? I do love Flexible Squares as a theme the most.

Wanted to write a proper post about what's been keeping me busy, but I ran out of time due to Volleyball. Yes, I do still play Volleyball competively :D

My bed and my tablet with manporn fics are calling me, so night all :)

Also I'm gonna miss Gary Neville so much. A true legend. He lived the ultimate boyhood dream, playing for his club. Always a red <333 Say what you want about him, but Gaz was a one-club man, a rarity in football these days. I love that Manchester United gave him a proper goodbye in the form of a testimonial. And it was just wonderful to see the class of '92 reunited on the pitch :)
