The Mature Brides Wedding Community

Hello, and Welcome to maturebrides!

First off let me say that by mature, we're not talking about mentality - even 40 year olds want to cut loose once in awhile, and even the most serene women can have a snark attack or two. Nor is this an exclusive community for women over a certain age - although this is an 18+ community - we check!!!

Membership is moderated - but the only requirements are 18+ for adult content, and that you are a "Mature Bride" (See Below for what we consider a "Mature Bride").

This community is for women women who are planning a wedding (or hell, already married - who better to discuss wedding plans with than someone who's been there before?!)and who may be a bit older in age, or experience. Women who are independent, have been living on their own, or maybe who have been married before and planning another wedding.

We've no problems with any communities with virgins, fresh faced 19 year olds, or girls who won't ever have been out on their own before the wedding - hell, we like those communities too, this one is just a bit different.

Community Guidelines

1. You are more than welcome to express your reasons as to why something "is not your style", but please respect others' preferences. We all come
   from different regional, religious and ethnic backgrounds and all walks of life.



2. If an argument or other drama errupts in the comments of a post, please keep it in the comments and flame away. Everyone needs a good vent now and then - we're planning our fucking weddings, what do you expect! However... Any additional post made to fuel the drama will be deleted, no warnings.



3. There is no such thing as off topic.



4. Please put all large pictures behind a cut. Instructions on how to use the cut
   feature (and a few others) can be found here.


5. Wrap big long URLs in HTML anchor tags. Example:
   <a href="retardedly long url" target="_blank">text to click on</a>


6. Do not spam. Spam of any kind will be deleted with no warning. This includes, but is not limited to community promotions, or trying to sell your crap here
Vendors on our "Favorite Vendors List" or "Loved Communities" are the exception to this rule providing the advertising is not disruptive.


7. Please feel free to vent, bitch, and swear. We're adults, it's okay to talk about sex or use the word "fuck".




While you are not required to do this, you may wish to post an intro upon joining to let the members of the community get to know you. Intro posts will be saved to the community memories, so if your info changes, please don't post another intro - update your original! we've provided a link below to build your own profile on Applebride.com :)
