I'm in need of a Sailor Uranus outfit if anyone is selling one, etc. She's pretty much the only one I can cosplay correctly with as short as my hair is =/. Thx!!

okay girlies! now that the madness of Otakon is over I wanna take a quick poll of who's still in for another epic group of wonderfuness and who is not. I would also like to say, as much as I love using my lovely leadership skills in cosplay, with a group this large I cannot do it alone. I can't run a 10 person group all by my lonesome. As effective as it is, it's too stressful. So if everyone continues with the group I need a responsible, active member to help organize and lead the group. I must also say I find it funny to be playing the character with the least screen-time and being the organizer behind all this madness. Everyone always assumes the Usagi of a Sailor Moon cosplay group is it's leader XD

but I digress, just a show of hands if you are in or out. Next con and/or costume will be discussed in a later post. Thanks girls!

Thank you all so much for being uterly fantastic!!!! Everyone looked AMAZING!!!! I'm sorry we didn't have time to do more together. In the coming weeks we'll discuss where we want this to go and how. But for now lets continue to picture-search while I fangirl over how pretty we are XD

SK-last I heard from you you were still looking for fabric, did you find something that would work?
Jamie-Did you get this issues with your fabric settled and do you have everything else you need? I know you're going to AN and your burned your finger so no rush, just want to make sure you've got what you need ^_^
Casey-Do you have everything you need? You IM me all the time so I know you've been working hard on getting this together.
Kim-Do you have all your materials? Have you started sewing yet?
Alyce-Were you able to get te materials for the fuku?
Bru-How are things coming along? Do you have all the materials in now?Have you started sewing?

Just double checking here, but Mars' butt bow is red and not purple correct? I've seen a few images and it makes me go o.O;; so I'm going by the settei sheets that I could find, they all show red, so I'm double checking and trying not to retard out o.O;;

Been having a rough 2 weeks ((first they sent me 1 yard of red fabric, and not 2 1/2 like I requested, and then I go and burn my finger off o.O;; )) So I'm just trying to make sure prior to me doing stuff o.O;;


ALSO, if anyone needs earring posts/backs... I bought a huge box of them, and I'm willing to share. Unfortunately, I couldn't get less that 50 per box, so I now have extra backs and fronts. So if anyone has pierced ears and needs earrings made or needs the posts, I'm willing to ship them out/ give them to you gals Thursday night ((if your there thursday)) prior to the con to make earrings with.

Moonlight Illusion is looking for a dedicated cosplayer to play Sailor Mars in our group for Otakon. You would be required to make a Super Sailor Mars fuku to the speciaifcations of a tutorial which the rest of the cast is making (if cast in the part you will be given access to the tutorial). And you would be required to take part in a private photoshoot at Otakon. The time if Friday (7/20) at 3 PM. If you would like you can also wear the costume to the general Sailor Moon phtoshoot which is at 4 PM the same day.
If you are interested in the part, and able to fulfil the requirements with the group, please cmt here and also link to examples of your work.
