Nana

Departing from their respective hometowns, two young women with identical names are brought together in their pursuit of new beginnings. With their hearts set on going to Tokyo, Nana Komatsu dreams about blissful love, while Nana Osaki aims for a successful music career.

The former has a cheerful and friendly nature, but her naivety has steered her romantic life astray until she meets her dependable boyfriend—Shouji Endo. Without letting herself be dismayed by Shouji's decision to study in Tokyo, Nana works hard to earn enough money and follow him there. Meanwhile, her namesake is a solitary punk vocalist whose impassioned romance with her band's bassist, Ren Honjou, comes to a sudden end. Though heartbroken, Nana bravely looks forward and travels to the capital with the ambition of becoming a recognized artist.

Shortly after they arrive in Tokyo, the girls cross paths again due to an unexpected coincidence that ultimately leads them to live under the same roof. As they grow closer, the two strive to support one another amid their struggles to forge a future for themselves.

Its a very serious anime, romance is good, comedy wont make you laugh your ass off but wont bore you either, main character is a woman but that is not a bad thing for this one(male writers cant pull this thing off mostly) characters are well written too they serve their purpose

and for the bad parts story opens up slowy dont wait for a thing to happen for the first 10 chapters they get you familiar with the characters and make you feel empathy for them similar to clannad but after those 10 chapters it really opens up you can trust me, you wont like ... it if you are looking for a jolly and fast paced anime keep it later if you are looking for a anime like those.

its my first review but Im confident about the things I said, ITS DEFINITELY A MUST WATCH but dont start to it if its not the right time for you, for comparison if you are looking for something like vinland saga first season nuh uh not now but if you looking for sumthing like second season hell yeah you should go for it

Edit: Im rewatching it and I noticed one more bad thing to point out few episodes after 25th, nana(gothic nana) turns kinda evil all of a sudden says some bad shit, things she say doesnt make any sense when you look to the previous things that happened

Mixed Feelings

It has such great character building, the relationships and dialogue are real and beautiful. It's also funny, tender and cruel which would make for the most amazing show if it wasn't so infuriating with such dissatisfying conclusions. If you like to be kept on your tippy toes then this will definitely do it for you. I can see why the ending could be seen as beautiful in its own way but for me it did not hit the spot and it felt really awful, like all the happiness and sadness it made me feel up until the end was for nothing.

First of all, I'm sorry if my english sooo bad!
I'm enjoy in the very first episode, after eps 6 onwards is making me so mad and kinda boring. Their style in this anime so good!
I hate so fking much for the role of Nana Komatsu. She's so nasty, cringe, nuts, having slut material, anything a bad things goes to Nana K! And inversely proportional to Nana Osaki, this character giving me a little hope to finished all the episode. Nana will be highly recommended if the story show equally about Nana K and Nana O in a good and unique side. So stop making this ... anime special, 'cause there's so many anime in the same genre better and worth to watch :) sorry and thank you.
