To be honest it's pure garbage from the first to the end ..
Kiznaiver is one of those anime that desperately wants to be deep, emotional, and psychologically meaningful, but keeps confusing complicated , cringe and forced dramatic .
Basic summary of this show is - a group of teenagers are connected through a system that makes them share each other’s pain. That could have produced a genuinely fascinating exploration of empathy, trauma, emotional boundaries, and human relationships
In the name of pain story is just forcing characters in situations and then pretending that their suffering automatically makes the story profound.
Characters - Most of them feel less like

real people and more like collections of exaggerated personality traits. One is aggressive, another is emotionless, another is overly cheerful, another is socially awkward, and so on. The anime keeps throwing their personal problems at the audience as if revealing a tragic backstory automatically creates character development.
The only character development in the entire show is that the MC starts feeling pain and gradually becomes more emotionally aware. That's it. After all that drama, that's basically what we're supposed to consider character development.
Romance - The biggest problem is the unnecessary drama. Darling in the Franxx also has the same kind of characters and the same kind of crap romance as this show. It's almost exactly the same formula.
A brain dead MC keeps chasing a bitch just because he spent his childhood with her. She keeps hurting him in the name of romance, and that MF MC keeps chasing her anyway
And then we get the same childhood-friend nonsense again. Like I said, Kiznaiver and Darling in the Franxx have the same kind of crappy romance.
At the beginning of the show, the childhood friend acts like the MC is her everything, constantly chasing him and following him everywhere. But the moment she realizes the MC likes a different girl, she moves on faster than the speed of light and suddenly acts like absolutely nothing ever happened.
And then there is the ending. The anime tries to tie its themes together by essentially saying that understanding other people's pain allows people to become emotionally connected. That's a perfectly reasonable message, but the execution makes it feel far more complicated than it needs to be. After all the experiments, drama, secrets, crying, and relationship chaos, the conclusion doesn't feel like the payoff to a brilliant psychological story. It feels like the anime finally remembered that it needed to end.
The frustrating part is that Kiznaiver actually had a strong concept. The idea of literally sharing pain could have been used to explore some genuinely uncomfortable questions: Can empathy become a burden? Should people be forced to understand each other? Does experiencing someone's pain actually mean understanding them? What happens when emotional intimacy is imposed rather than chosen?
Instead, the anime frequently chooses flashy forced , stupid emotional drama over meaningful examination of those ideas.
