Patterns?
I know the community has been really quiet for awhile. I was wondering if anyone here has ever used a pattern for play piercing. If so... do you make them or have you found them online or in books? Do you draw them out on the skin in advance?

Please respond with your experiences on this. I am doing a piercing scene tonight and have been considering using a pattern.

i went to a public event last night. so, though i did some needles and cuttings... there were no photos allowed. all i have is the aftermath! but hey, it's better than nothing right???

yay for needles in strange places!
i finally got to try needles in the balls... well, ok, just one needle. however, it went so darn well that we're gonna do at least 3 or 4 next time. yay for guys w/big balls. literally and figuratively!!!

i finally got to have some kinky fun w/my boy this past week.  non-bleeder that he is, i got him a bit toasted and he *still* barely bled!  nevertheless, a good time was had by all!!  or, at least by me  :D  he does tend to prefer the cuttings to the needles.

Piercing 201 ideas
Hi all

I'm new to this community, got approved today, although I have watched for awhile.

I am teaching a Piercing/Cutting 201 workshop at S/mer camp this year, and am looking for ideas. I have taught 101 there and in other places several times and am expecting that most of the attendees will be experienced blood sports players (I will do some basic safety 101 stuff as I go).

But! What would you like to see/what would you do for a 201 workshop? I am thinking of a needle corset, some zippers (both string and tegaderm), lancet play, ash, wax, tiger balm insertion....

Any other ideas?

Breastfeeding Concern

A friend of mine is going to be play-pierced for the first time very soon. She has permanent piercings in her nipples and did lots of research in advance regarding the possible effect on breastfeeding later in life. Her piercer explained to her that the nipples have 20 ducts and piercing them could destroy just 2-4, so she'd have plenty left to use for breastfeeding later.

Fast forward 3 years later to now.

If piercing them once, horizontally can destroy 2-4 ducts... what could having multiple needles poked through at different angles do? I mean, ok I know these will not be left in to heal over, and the needles should be a lot thinnner... but I worry about potential scar tissue.

Does anybody know where I can find info about this? I've read a few sites on needle-play... but so far I have not found any info if needle play on nipples can have any potential effect on breastfeeding later. Does anybody have experience with breastfeeding after having had play nipple piercings? I don't have kids yet, but if/when I do, breastfeeding is very important to me and I don't want to let that be fucked up. But, of course I don't want to eroneously limit an activity on a fear without hard info.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I asked her permission to post her question here, where I know we have several experts. She has ordered a box of 22g needles. I'm not sure of the gauge through her nipples now. Thanks for any input here, folks!
