From the beginning the community has been friends only. Not because I wanted a larger than life community with hundreds of members, but so that the downloads can be monitored and bandwidth managed. Furthermore, there has never been a set schedule for uploads. If uploader A has free time on Monday, they'll post Monday, but next Monday they may not. I did this because I have a life outside of the internet and keeping up with a schedule such as that has never worked for me, because my education and work take priority over uploading, which would result in me completely neglecting my communities. ➝01. When you download, please comment. This isn't because we want to see who is downloading, but how many people are downloading a particular upload. This helps us ascertain what is popular and what is not. If you have a problem with this, please leave the community. ➝02. This rule is the most important rule of all: if you like what you heard support the artists. Our mentality isn't download all and purchase none. In all posts we include a link to a trusted, and reliable site where you can purchase the album. I know that some of the albums are expensive, especially the Japanese ones, but it's worth it if it means keeping them around. ➝03. Do not redistribute these links. If you have a friend who wants to download an album that was posted here, they may join the community. Also, if they happen not to have a livejournal account they can create one free of cost. ➝04. Be courteous to all members. I do have the right to ban anyone in this community if I so choose, and so if I feel that you have been disrespectful to one of the communitys' mods or members I will use this right. ➝05. Please follow the request form when requesting from us. Failing to do so may result in your request not being filled. ➝06. The maximum number of requests per person per week is two. This rules is subject to change and may vary from uploader to uploader. If a change does occur, we'll make a post in the community about it. ➝07. Follow all the rules and have fun.
The current layout of Neon Hanul features 子雲 (shion) drummer of the now disbanded band, SCISSOR. The title is based off of SCISSOR's final release "FAREWELL" and the lyrics featured in the layout are from Bob Dylan's song "Never Say Goodbye". All graphics were made in Photoshop7 and overrides typed up in notepad by K.C., the community creator and maintainer. Do not use, redistribute or modify any codes or graphics featured on this layout.
