A quick explanation of Day 86's video: Mental Calculation Level 2 – How to multiply 2-digit by 2-digit numbers.

暗算2級は、第四章のそろばん7級編のかけ算とまったく同じやり方でできます。

Level 2 mental calculation uses the exact same method as multiplication in Chapter 4, Abacus Level 7.

また、上級なので、答えにカンマが必要です。

Also advanced, so commas are needed in answers.

2桁×2桁のかけ暗算のやり方 -How to Do 2-Digit × 2-Digit Mental Multiplication-

すでにそろばんで2桁×2桁のやり方をマスターしているので、新しく覚えることはありません。

さっそくゲーム感覚で練習していきましょう！

Let’s jump in and practice like a game!

使うアイテム -Items to Use-

使うアイテムは、31日目の動画と66日目の動画。

そして、頭の中でそろばんの珠を思い浮かべて、そろばんをするときと同じようにしっかり指を動かして計算しましょう。

いきなり指を動かすのを省くのは、ミスが増えるのでNGです。

正解率がよく慣れてきたら、指を動かすのは省いて、頭の中だけで計算しても構いません。

The items to use are the Day 31 video and the Day 66 video.
Also, picture the abacus beads in your head and move your fingers as if you were using a real abacus.
Skipping finger movements right away leads to more mistakes, so that’s a no-go.
Once your accuracy improves and you get used to it, you may skip the finger movements and calculate only in your head.
