Hi guys! Ann here. Your video showed up in my thumbnail, so I checked it out~ 😆 You guys are watching a "Reunion" video I made with my band PINX in 2006. (yes, I was 50 then) The song "Roppongi Shinju" was released in 1984 and was re-recorded for this Reunion DVD. I semi-retired from the music biz in 1996 and moved to Los Angeles. Recorded a few albums since then, but NO MORE live gigs since I had panic/anxiety problems. I made this last video (5 songs) just for fun cuz I wanted to play with my band one more time. That is why I titled it "Reunion". (The thing on my head is a little green top hat with a smiley patch on it) 😊 Thanx guys for your reaction to ME & the Pinx and good luck with your channel

This performance by Ann Lewis and her friends took place for the first time in more than a decade since Ann retired, but there was no audience because she suffered from panic disorder and couldn't sing in front of people. The disease forced her to retire from the entertainment world. It is said that this performance was planned and prepared by her son ( 美勇士 Myuji - 美勇士君 Music) for his mother, Ann Lewis. アン・ルイスと彼女の仲間たちのこの演奏は、アンが引退してから十数年ぶりに行われたが、彼女はパニック障害を患い、人前で歌うことができなくなってしまったため、観客はいない。この病気のために、彼女は芸能界を引退せざるを得なかったのだ。今回の演奏は、母アン・ルイスのために、息子（美勇士・みゅうじ-美勇士君ミュージック）が企画・準備したものだと云われている。

未練たっぷりに大騒ぎして感情を高ぶらせて、
朗々と歌うような歌じゃない！

ONE〜美勇士くんWith 桑名さん＆アンさん
アン・ルイスは桑名正博と結婚し、２人の間に美勇士が生まれた。上の映像にあるように、2人は美勇士が生まれて間もなく離婚し、美勇士はアンに引き取られて育てられたが、１０歳になる前には彼はグレて手に負えなくなり、すでに再婚していた桑名に預けられることになった。父と息子は顔を合わせると喧嘩ばかりしていたそうだ。苦労の末、3人の共同作品として生まれたのが「ONE」という曲である。Anne Lewis married Masahiro Kuwana, and Miyuji was born to them. As you can see in the video above, the two divorced soon after Miyuji was born, and he was taken in and raised by Anne, but before he was 10 years old, he had become unruly and out of control. Kuwana, who had already remarried, took him into his care. The father and his son fought whenever they saw each other. After much hardship, the song "ONE" was born as a joint work of the three.
