Suspicious Responses from the Legal Consultation Center and Lawyers
This article is a revised version of the content I originally posted under a different username, "Hito-de-Naki-Ko," on December 3, 2023.

Background
This account primarily shares articles related to the unimaginable human rights violations I have suffered for many years.
By around 2014, I had already realized that I was caught up in an extraordinary situation.
However, at the time, I was so mentally exhausted that I had resigned myself to the idea that I had no choice but to continue living under those circumstances.
Around the fall of 2017, my mindset began to change, and in 2018, I decided to seek legal counsel.
However, on March 5, 2018, I was subjected to psychological destruction operations using sound and light at a hotel in Shinjuku and a nearby convenience store.
Furthermore, when I visited a lawyer for consultation on March 8, 2018, the lawyer engaged in suspicious behavior, such as replacing my consultation topic with the content of my previous consultations.
From 2018 to 2021, I continued to receive suspicious responses from multiple institutions and companies, including police stations and television networks.
In April 2022, I started posting on X (formerly Twitter).
I also sought consultations from about three lawyers, including well-known ones who appeared on TV programs, but all of them declined my requests.
As a result, on the afternoon of April 15, 2022, I made a reservation online to receive legal consultation at the Yotsuya Legal Consultation Center on April 18, 2022.
Naturally, I was prepared for interference from torture and human experimentation organizations and the possibility that lawyers would refuse to assist me.

Incidents at the Legal Consultation Center
Interference Before the Consultation
On the day of the consultation, I was subjected to numerous arrangements using sound and light (jab-like attacks) while walking and on the train.
Even if only two or three of these attacks were intentional, their combination with other naturally occurring sounds and lights created a continuous assault, intensifying the damage.
Suspicious Situation at the Office

When I arrived at the consultation center, there were only two women in the office who appeared to be regular staff members.
However, shortly after I completed my reception process, about three outsiders entered the office.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, a total of five people were in the cramped office.
At this point, I had already half-given up, thinking, "This will be a waste of time."
While waiting for the lawyer, the people who entered later engaged in the following suspicious activities:
Continuous strange electronic noises
A person constantly operating a shredder
Receiving 4–5 unnatural phone calls in a short time
I could gradually feel the damage increasing.
Meeting with the Lawyer

At the reserved time, I was guided to the consultation room.
The moment I saw the lawyer’s face, I felt that he looked different from the photo I had seen online.
However, I had anticipated the possibility of a different lawyer showing up, so I wasn’t entirely surprised.
As soon as he saw me, this lawyer bowed deeply to an unusual degree.
Through this motion, the top of his head overlapped with the impression from the online photo, and I temporarily believed he was the same person.
After confirming my reaction, the lawyer looked satisfied (I believe my judgment on this is accurate).
I had planned to use my laptop to explain my case with a PowerPoint presentation.
However, due to the partition in the room, we couldn't view the screen together properly.
I tried to hand over my laptop for a clearer view, but he refused.
I also had printed materials prepared just in case, but he refused to accept them as well.
At this point, I was in a state of panic.
I am not particularly articulate to begin with, but having been subjected to prolonged jab-like psychological destruction operations using sound and light, I was even more flustered than usual.
Moreover, despite the maximum consultation time being one hour, the lawyer had only been informed that it was 30 minutes, further increasing my panic.
The Lawyer’s Responses
When I asked:
"Can you send a legally binding letter of inquiry to the cooperating companies?"
→ "Since there is no evidence, I don’t want to do that." (Refusal)
When I said:
"I have no choice but to protest with my death."
→ "You must not die."
I then became enraged, raised my voice, and shouted:
"Are you telling me to keep living while continuing to endure torture?!"
Immediately afterward, I apologized for raising my voice, but the lawyer at least seemed to understand that I was experiencing severe mistreatment.
Suspicious Incidents on My Way Home

When I left the consultation room, only one woman remained at the reception desk.
As I left the building and headed toward the station, I saw six or seven vehicles with their headlights on, clustered together at a red light.
Although it was cloudy and quite dark, it was highly unusual to see so many vehicles stopped together with their headlights on.
Additionally, there were no other cars passing by with their headlights on, which further emphasized the irregularity of the situation.
Moreover, the traffic light operation seemed unnatural.
Under normal circumstances, it should not have been possible to precisely determine the timing of my departure from the legal consultation center.
This event was similar to what I had previously experienced when leaving my apartment—where a large number of cars with headlights on were clustered at a red light.
In other words, this was a boosted psychological destruction operation using sound and light.

Post-Consultation Response
After returning home, I sent an email to the lawyer detailing the following:
The presence of outsiders in the office
Suspicious behavior by those individuals
The unusual clustering of 4–5 cars with their headlights on at a red light
However, in the lawyer’s reply, there was no mention of any of these points.
Later, when I checked the website again, I found that the photo displayed had changed to match the person I actually met in person.
Additionally, I suspect that the lawyer may have been instructed to bow deeply during the initial greeting when he was informed that the consultation time was limited to 30 minutes.
Considering the content of this article and my previous article ("Suspicious Responses from Lawyers"), I believe you can now understand why I cannot rely on lawyers for help.
