Part 4-1: The Incident at a Sotetsu-Group Hotel and a Lawson Convenience Store — Not the Result of a Mere Chain of Coincidences
Summary
Position of This Article within the Series
This article corresponds to the section outlined in pink in the analytical framework of this series shown in the figure below (i.e., the scope examined in this article).

This diagram illustrates the relationship between the structure of the articles in this series and the stages of analysis.
The discussion is developed step-by-step, including the organization of observed phenomena, examination of analytical frameworks, verification of technical feasibility, and consideration of the entities involved.

Overview of the Series

Overview of This Article
In Part 4-(1), I organize and examine an event that can be regarded as the starting point of the issue addressed in this series—an incident in March 2018 that was a turning point for me.
This incident occurred at a hotel in Tokyo and a nearby convenience store, and I refer to it, for convenience, as “psychological disruption using sound and light.”
I then explain why it is difficult to account for this incident as merely a chain of coincidences.
Note: In this article and throughout the series, I provisionally refer to such acts as “psychological disruption” (also described in earlier posts as “mental sabotage”).
Note: Following the publication of the series guide, the summary section of this article was substantially revised on March 19, 2026.

1. Introduction
In the early morning of March 5, 2018, at a hotel and a nearby Lawson convenience store in Takadanobaba, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, I experienced what I believe to have been acts of psychological disruption carried out using sound and light.
Since then, I have continued to document and publicly disclose the circumstances surrounding this incident.

Some readers may wonder whether this incident was merely the result of a chain of coincidences.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to prove otherwise in a strictly objective manner.
Therefore, in this article, I aim to present a concise overview of the circumstances surrounding this incident, including the events before and after it, and to examine the following question:
If a reader were to experience a similar situation, could it truly be explained as nothing more than a chain of coincidences?
From this perspective, I seek to outline, in a highly condensed form, why this incident should be regarded as a serious case that may have been deliberately orchestrated.
In this article, as well as throughout the “Unimaginable Human Rights Violations” series, I provisionally refer to acts that I recognized as causing intense fear, confusion, and physical distress through external stimuli such as sound and light as “psychological disruption (using sound and light).”

2. Background of the Hotel Stay
I believe that by 2014, I had already come to recognize that I was being placed in an extremely difficult and hard-to-believe situation. At that point, I felt I had begun to grasp, albeit fragmentarily, the background behind the long years of suffering and adversity I had experienced.
In 2018, I decided to consult a lawyer.
After scheduling the consultation for March 8, I concluded that it would be best to prepare explanatory materials in advance. For that purpose, I chose to work at a hotel rather than at home.
However, even at that time, I had a premonition that some form of interference might occur.

3. Situation on the Day of the Stay
Multiple Black Sedans Parked Along the Street in Front of the Hotel, and a Familiar Man

In the afternoon of March 4, 2018, I took a taxi from Shinjuku Station.
Takadanobaba Station is two stops from Shinjuku Station on the Yamanote Line, which circles central Tokyo.
However, I chose not to use the train, as I felt that around Shinjuku Station there were circumstances in which several young people appeared to be following me.
Initially, I instructed the taxi driver simply to proceed straight ahead once we reached the main road. During the ride, I finalized my decision to stay at Hotel Sunroute Takadanobaba, which resulted in a detour.
Despite this, several black sedans were parked in a single line along the street in front of the hotel.
When I got out of the taxi, a man exited one of the vehicles parked ahead and stared at me with what appeared to be a half-angry expression.
I immediately recognized that this man was highly likely to be the same individual who had appeared at a café in Shibuya in October 2014.
Given that I finalized my hotel choice while already inside the taxi, and that my arrival time could not have been known in advance, the fact that this familiar man appeared to be waiting for me with others led me to conclude that this was not a coincidental situation.

4. Events on the Day of the Psychologically Destructive Acts
4-1. The Lawson Cashier

As shown in the figure, over a period exceeding 14 hours, I used this Lawson store three to four times, and on every occasion, the cashier was the same individual.
While I was hearing multiple types of electronic sounds near my ears, I felt a sense of danger and looked toward him. He was already staring at me, and he then lightly nodded toward me.
As also shown in the figure, an individual who is highly likely to be the same person visited my home approximately four years later, under the pretext of providing a “real estate-related explanation.”
Given that there was no way to know in advance when I would visit the store, the fact that the same person handled the register on all visits from the afternoon of the stay until the early morning of the next day is, in my view, highly unusual.

4-2. A Group of Foreigners and Two Men in Suits at Checkout

After returning to my room and then going down to the lobby floor to check out, I found the area crowded with many foreign individuals.
They did not appear to be tourists; rather, they seemed to share a common purpose—perhaps members of some kind of academic conference.
One woman repeatedly said, “He can do it!” I recall wondering whether the “He” might be referring to me.
Among them, I noticed two men in suits, apparently Japanese, watching me.
Instinctively, I judged them to be key figures connected to the series of suspicious events and sought eye contact with the man who appeared to be the superior of the two.
He did not respond, did not proceed with checkout, and headed toward the exit.
Just before exiting, he looked at me again. When I again sought eye contact, he reluctantly responded. At that moment, I felt somewhat reassured.
After completing my checkout and going downstairs, I felt they were still nearby. When I looked into a side alley opposite the station direction, the two men were there.
They appeared to be watching the street, and after noticing me, they began walking down the alley. Partway through, the younger man turned back, apparently to confirm my presence once more.
Based on the following facts:
Two men in suits were watching me from among the group of foreigners,
One of them, albeit reluctantly, responded to my eye contact,
They left the hotel before I completed checkout and were still present in the adjacent alley,
At least one of them looked back, apparently to confirm my location while walking,
I believe it was a natural judgment to conclude that these two individuals were connected to this incident.
Afterward, I took a train from Takadanobaba Station to a law office, as I had decided it would be best to deliver my materials to the lawyer in advance.
There were additional events during the journey that I believe were related to the incident (including multiple individuals who appeared to be tracking me while communicating by radio), but I omit them here to avoid excessive length.

5. After the Psychologically Destructive Acts
5-1. Responses from the Hotel and Lawson
In April 2022, I submitted inquiries regarding the incident through the websites of both the hotel and Lawson.
I received no response from the hotel.
Lawson replied that they were unable to respond to the matter.
I subsequently sent registered mail and certified mail, but as of now, Sotetsu Hotel Management has not responded.
Lawson’s headquarters customer service department suggested that the cause might have been a combination of sounds from in-store equipment such as fax machines or ATMs. When I rebutted this explanation, I received no further response.
I contacted both companies again in October 2025, but neither replied.

5-2. Suspicious Events Across Numerous Institutions and Organizations
Following this incident, I experienced suspicious events at numerous institutions and organizations, including police agencies, medical institutions, and television stations.
I posted an article in April 2025 organizing these events chronologically.
The eviction negotiations that began in March 2023 escalated into an eviction lawsuit. I was the defendant and appellant, and I am currently engaged in litigation as a final appellant and petitioner for acceptance of final appeal.
I intend to publish this post for now, with the understanding that there remains room for revision in formatting and expression, and that corrections or additions may be made as necessary.
Additionally, multiple suspicious incidents have occurred within court proceedings as well.
In the two note articles introduced in this section, detailed explanations are omitted, and only summaries and references are provided.

6. Summary
Multiple facts that I experienced and witnessed on the day before and the day of the incident at the Sotetsu-group hotel and Lawson,
Inappropriate responses from the hotel and Lawson to my inquiries,
Suspicious events I experienced at numerous institutions and companies after the incident,
Taken together, I believe these points sufficiently justify strong suspicion that this incident was not merely the result of a chain of coincidences, but rather may have been deliberately orchestrated.
In this article, I sought to concisely organize the issue from the perspective of whether such an incident could reasonably be explained as coincidental, if experienced by the reader themselves.

7. Future Plans
The background of this incident and the reasons why I was targeted are examined in a separate article, “Technical Background of Human Experimentation and Anomalous Health Incidents, Part 3: Why Me? What Is the True Objective?”
The reasons why I refer to this incident as a psychologically destructive operation will be explained in “Technical Background of Human Experimentation and Anomalous Health Incidents, Part 4 (2).”
I posted Part 4-(2) on January 14, 2026. (Added on the same day)
