Early in the morning, I woke up to the nurse tapping my shoulder. He said, “The time has come.”

Late afternoon, I found a book and noticed a sticky note tucked between the pages of the book in his home where I had lived until March 1984. It was a book of photographs of remote stations 秘境駅写真集, and it suggested that he had wanted to visit Tsubojiri Station 坪尻駅 in Tokushima Prefecture.
In September 2010, I took him to an excursion to Kowada Station 小和田駅 and Tamoto Station 田本駅 of JR Iida Line 飯田線, "top" level remote stations, which evidently interested him…and for a person born in Saku 佐久, Ina 伊那 must have looked different…

Later in May in 2018, I visited Tsubojiri Station with his memorial photo…that was all I could do 🙏
He was a man of justice, and also like Professor Burukaniro for me.
With heartfelt gratitude to 猛ふぶき様 🙏
