Who else loves baked apples? Zero sugar, vegan, zero fat recipe.

Sometimes when I am getting bored of raw apples i treat myself with this dessert.  It's really perfect recipe for those who hate cooking and love everything to be fast and easy. So what we gonna need?
Some apples and cinnamon :) and baking tray and oven :)

Just bake them in heated oven (230°C) for 20 minutes or so.

Then they will look like on a pic above. And your dessert is totally ready to eat.

And the best thing is, that I can eat all of them and still  lose weight anyway ;) It's super sweet to me as is.
But if you feel like it is not enough sweet for you, then it's ok to add some honey on top of it after baking when it cools down a bit.
P.S. you can also bake  plums, peaches and appricots and pears and so on. :)

Raw, vegan and sugar free cake 🍰

Hi everyone! I am a pretty big girl today! I've turned 34 and this is my birthday cake! :-)
So i want to represent this awesome 100% vegan (only plants), raw (not baked), very sweet (but without sugar), super healthy and delicious cake.
For some years I was making cakes for my guys on my birthdays and mostly I couldn't eat even one slice of it, because I was really scared to spoil tons of my work. But then i realized that on my birthday I should make something for me, something that i can eat without any regret.
So here you are i found this awesome recipe.

What we gonna need:

1. 250g of fresh dates
2. 200g of walnuts
3. 100g of almonds
4. 4tbsp of honey
Those are ingridients for the first layer of cake

5. 400g of cashews
6. 4tbsp of honey
Those are ingridients for the second layer

7. 400g of cashews
8. 250g of blue berries
9. 6tbsp of date syrup
Those are ingridients for the third layer

As I've already said we are not going to bake anything, but we are going to use freezer and fridge instead.
How to cook?
1. First of all we need to soak cashews for at least couple of hours or overnight.
2. Next we are going to mix our dates, almonds and wallnuts and honey using processor.

This is going to be our first layer.

3. Next we are going to process soaked cashews, until they become like cottage cheese and have creamy consistency.

Then we can add there some honey to make it sweet. And this is going to be our second layer.

4. Next we need to freez our two layers for about like 30 minutes.
5. Next we need to process the rest of cashews and put there blue berries and if you want to make it more sweet, you can add some date syrup. It's going to be really awesome and delicious mixture :-)

And this is going to be our last layer :)
6.We need to let it cool down in a fridge for about like 2-3 hours.
7. Later we can decorate it with some blue berries. Unfortunately I already didn't have any blue berries, so i used some raisins for decoration.

And our cake is ready to eat! :-);-) Easy peasy right? It's better to eat all of it while it's fresh, but you can store it in a fridge.

Sugar free chocolate candies

If no one invented your kind of chocolate don't worry you can make it by yourself. :)

So what we gonna need?
1. A nice 99% organic dark chocolate bar

I am really a true chocolate lover and absolutely adore that bitter bitter taste and don't need any sugar in it.

As you can see it has only 0.5g of coconut sugar :) which you can't feel at all. It is quite bitter chocolate bar.
But if you can't eat so dark and bitter chocolate, you can use 90% or 85% cacao chocolate bar. But it won't be a sugar free recipe anymore. I wouldn't go for lower than 85% cacao chocolate, because it will be too sweet. Believe me with all our ingridients together even this 99% chocolate is gonna taste pretty sweet.

2. Fresh dates - our sweetener which will make our candies really sweet, absolutely sweet.
3. Cashews
4. Spices. You can choose whatever you prefer, personally i took chili and cinnamon.

5. Ice tray to form our candies.

How to cook?

1. First we gonna put 1 chopped cashew and half of chopped date in every cell of ice tray

2. Next step: we need to melt our chocolate bar. I did it using hot steam.

3. Next we need to add some spices in melted chocolate.
4. Now we need to pour needed amount of chocolate in every cell and let it cool down a bit.

5.Next we need to put it into freezer for about like 30 minutes or so to harden our candies.

And here you are our chocolate candies

You can go creative and put there whatever you want not only dates and cashews, but maybe some berries, or bits of fruit, any kind of nuts and so on.
You can make your own chocolate-cucumber candy if you like it :)
Maybe it's not a bad idea to put even some real milk in your chocolate and make your own organic milk chocolate..... There is a great field for experiments ;)

Rice whole grained pancakes (gluten free and sugar free)

I can't say, that I am such a great cook, but I am really interested in healthy eating and especially in healthy desserts and in dietology in general. So here you are my gluten free healthy whole grained rice pancakes.

Personally I don't have any kind of intolerance to gluten or cow milk and really I don't think, that cow milk is unhealthy or that whole grained wheat is unhealthy. But I always was interested in all kind of recipes whatever they are vegetarian, vegan, or for people with allergies. Will be really glad if my recipe helps someone :).

Ingridients:
1. Somewhe 450g of whole grained (it's very important, that's why i call them healthy) rice flour.
2. Somewhere 750ml (3cups) of rice milk (sugar free of course). I think it's ok to use any other milk, but i just wanted to try rice milk, btw it tastes really good.
3. 1tbsp(even a bit less) of baking soda
4. 2 tbsp of not refined coconut oil
5. It meant to be vegeterian, but i am sorry i couldn't manage it without 2 eggs, but if you are vegan or vegeterian try to do it without eggs and please let me know how you did it. :)

How to cook:
Put all your flour in a big bowl and then put there all other ingridients and mix them with a blender. Dough supposed to be liquid. On a hot pan put some of not refined coconut oil and then pour some dough and fry your pan cake. Stir all your dough every time before pouring it on a pan for best results.

It tastes really good with raspberries and honey.

Front split

There are exercises, which help people to become more flexible and they are called stretching. This isn’t yoga, there is no any special breathing techniques, just exercises which help to stretch muscles. So what I want to propose you is a stretching workout which helps to learn front split without much pain and injuries.




To learn or not to learn split?
Well split is a trick and I would call it as an extreme stretching. That means, that you need to be healthy first of all and you have to be really wise and cautious while doing it. If u have or had some injuries or health problems (problems with joints, spine etc.), then consult your doctor before doing these exercises. Of course the best way to learn split it’s to do it with a trainer, or at least you can start with a trainer and then later continue on your own or using a video. But in a case if you don’t have this opportunity, my article with videos might help you. But you need to be very consciousness about what you are doing.


Firstly, I want to tell a bit about some principles of stretching, which you need to understand before you start your stretching journey.
1 Whole stretching is about relaxing. Your result depends on how much you can relax your muscles. So no any tension in muscles, no any pushing on yourself, you just relax and gradually go wider and deeper. If you break this rule, you can easy get injury.
2 It’s better to be really wise and listen to your body. You need to feel some burning in your muscles but it’s supposed to be bearable. That means that you are not swallowing your tears but bringing it, that means that you feel slightly uncomfortable but not too much uncomfortable. So of course after stretching sore is possible just like after any other sport activity, it lasts 3-5 days usually. If you feel pain for a long time, that means you got some injury and you need to consult a doctor. You are not supposed to feel any pain in your joints, so if you do, then you must stop working out and consult your doctor.
So from one hand you are supposed to feel some burning in muscles, but from other hand you should not overdo and get injury!!!! So you need to be really wise!!! I’d say that you need to have a cold and strong mind, because all kind of emotions and passions are not helping here.
Stretching is a very personal thing, because everyone is different. Those exercises which are easy for one person, could be very challenging for another. So no one knows what you can and what you can’t. But you know it, because you feel your muscles and you feel your body while exercising, so you decide if it’s too much for you or not. Be wise and listen to your body, respect your body!!!!!
3 If we repeat exercise about like 5 times we do not stretch ourselves on maximum from the first attempt, we do it gradually: first time a little bit, then more and more.
4 If we do a static exercise we hold it for 10-15seconds, sometimes 15-30seconds.
5 If exercise has modified version and more advanced versions. We do them from easier versions to more advanced ones, even if we are 100% capable to do the most difficult one!!!!
Breaking those rules can bring some injuries!




How does front split works? Let’s analyze it.




This is Hanumamasana yoga pose or monkey pose, an advanced seated split. As you can see in this pose the most stretched muscles of front leg are hamstrings, gluteus maximus, gastrocnemious and for back leg the most stretched muscle is rectus femoris. So that means that to learn split we need to stretch those muscles to make them enough flexible.:)
We are going to start our workout with a good good warm up routine. For stretching warm up routine is everything, it is about like 70% of your result. And believe me you don’t want to stretch cold body. It takes only extra 10-20 minutes, but it really warms up muscles, prevents injuries and takes away sore pain you might get after previous stretching workouts.

While doing stretching exercises in a warm up routine and till the end of our stretching workout we do all exercises slowly and gently, we do not rush, our body is relaxed and we stretching relaxed muscles. One very important thing – never ever stretch yourself on your maximum during warm up routine!!! Warm up routine is called warm up routine because it meant to prepare our body for a real workout.
It’s better to use a thick matt for splits and if you feel some stress on your knees anyway then use some pillow under your knee. It’s better to do not do stretching workout and strength workout at the same day (that would be perfect), because they do opposite things to your muscles. But if you combine cardio or strength workout and stretching then stretching is supposed to be your last workout of the day, you are not supposed to do anything after stretching, otherwise you might not have good results of your stretching workout. For active people (like me ) who like not only stretching and yoga, but also some intensive workouts with crazy kicks, I wouldn’t recommend to do those crazy kicks next day after stretching, give some time to ligaments of your joints to recover.

So I think I said everything I should say before starting workout, so let’s start.
