Welcome to the One Piece Yaoi community. Post fanfiction, fanart, rants, babbling, etc. Please label spoilers, and cut for adult material.
No chibisplease, this is a yaoi community and we'll be covering some adult issues. THAT MEANS YOU NEED TO BE AN ADULT TO JOIN.

IMPORTANT COMMUNITY INFO: PLEASE READ BEFORE JOINING!
While each of our members has his/her personal preferences and opinions, this community welcomes and embraces all pairings in the One Piece universe. There is a very low tolerance for pairing-bashing of any sort (yaoi, yuri -or- het). Because of the regrettable reoccurance of this sort of saddening behavior, we've instated a one-strike policy. Break the no-pairing bashing rule once, either in an initial post or in a comment to someone else's post and you get a warning. Break it again, you get banned.
Just to clarify, these are the four most commonly seen examples of pairing-bashing, and are the sort of comments that will get you warned/banned:
1)"I hate [insert pairing]." (Yes it's your opinion. No, we don't want to hear it. Tell us what you DO like instead.)
2)"[insert pairing] sucks." (Fairly self-explanatory.)
3)"[pairing A] is better than [pairing B]." (Again, it may be your opinion, but it adds absolutely nothing to the discussion or the unity of this community. By all means tell us how much you love Pairing A! But don't tell us why it's better than someone else's preference.)
4)"There's too much [insert pairing]!" (We can't tell you how much we see this. Or how much it upsets so many of the members here. Again, if YOU want a diverse community it's up to YOU to help create it.)
In the interests of avoiding drama, we'd like to add that this is not a rule to be enforced by other members of this community. Let the mods take care of it. If you witness an example of this sort of thing that the mods haven't yet caught, please send an e-mail to picayochan @ livejournal.com, kinbu @ hotmail.com, or revolutionary_prince @ hotmail.com and let one of the mods take care of it.
If there is something you'd like to see more of, that you don't think gets enough attention in the One Piece Yaoi world, CONTRIBUTE CONTRIBUTE CONTRIBUTE. Having the courage to come forth and say "Hey, I like this pairing, here's something for you to enjoy" may encourage others to post things of their own. We love diversity, but we also love popular pairings. Please never be afraid to post something, NO MATTER WHAT pairing (common or obscure) it portrays.
NEW ONE PIECE YAOI RULE
Please post cosplay pictures on your own journals. If you would like share cosplay pictures, please link to them with a text link with detailed warnings.
Due to legal shadiness, the state of livejournal in general, and the comfort zones of the moderators, we ask that you do NOT post real-life pictures or cosplay pictures on this community.
We cannot verify whether or not participants are 18, and it is too hard to judge what is or is not too explicit. This is supposed to be an 18-and-up community. Even if you're posting a picture of you dressed as Sanji and there's nothing explicit about it, you're violating the rules if you're under 18. Let's just not go there.
This rule has no gray area or wiggle room. Just don't do it.
To sum up: Do not post cosplay pictures to this community.
