Hello, I'm an elderly lurker! That's a joke because I'm in my late thirties which is quite young. Also I've made the lurker part into a joke by starting to write. A joke on myself, perhaps!

I wrote a one-shot in HP fandom in 2002 and posted it on a yahoo! group, and didn't write anything else until this spring. But I've read millions of words of fanfiction every year in between.

I'm also a surgeon, which is nice sometimes.
