So I cleaned the sewing/art room today, and found my pad of black cardstock! One of my favorite things to do is colored pencil work on colored cardstocks. Black was the first cardstock I worked on, and it's still my favorite, so I did a few quick PSO/PSU sketches in color-on-black and I figured I would share the relevant ones. My apologies that these are really rough - it's hard to keep prismacolors sharp when I'm sketching on textured paper. Each sketch took roughly 15-20 minutes. Title: Breakdown Artist: demihime Rating: PG Characters: Raven & Lucius (PSU) Comment: I love drawing Lucius when he snaps and gets all emotional~ Normally he's so inexpressive that it's fun to draw him like this. Also, I was in a mood for long flowy hair~ True Blue pencil on black cardstock. Lucius tends to be more cautious and withdrawn, while Raven charges headlong into everything without worrying about consequences. Did I capture that? I hope I'm getting closer. Hello! I'm back again with a sketch dump! The MAG is a Ribhava and was chosen at random because it will match Lucius's robes when I color this. I've been on a bit of an artistic dry-spell, but I did a quick doodle yesterday while hanging out with some friends watching movies (instead of working on stuff we were supposed to be working on), and I thought I'd share! Title: Crash Artist: Demihime Rating: G Character: PSO FOmar (Lucius) Comment: Poor Lucius is all sad and exhausted. I imagine him sleeping on Raven's couch like this. >_> Has anyone else noticed that the secondary set of red robes has corset-style lacing on the rear? Wow, it's been a bit since I had anything to post here! I got swamped with creative projects at work for a while and haven't felt much like drawing. But! My sister has been writing me some short boys love stories based around my PSU characters Lucius and Raven (who it seems she adores), and she gave me permission to post them here! I hope it's okay for me to post them - she has no real interest in boys love or yaoi outside of that pair, so she doesn't want to join communities for that sort of thing. The storyline for the one I'm posting is altered from PSU a little bit - it takes place before PSU/AOTI. Title: Perfect Garden Author:  eggplantlady Chapter: One shot, completed. Rating: PG-13/R (for language - Raven swears a lot XD) Genre: (to be honest I have no idea XD) Characters: Lucius and Raven Summary: Raven discovers that Lucius isn't as perfect as he pretends to be... Comment: Somehow, eggplantlady manages to make even the most mundane things really sexy. *_* This fic was inspired by my favorite song, "Perfect Garden" by Schwarz Stein, which eggplantlady associates with Lucius and Raven.( Perfect GardenCollapse ) I'll be sure to pass along any comments/criticisms to eggplantlady. =DI may post some of my old stories (and maybe some new ones) someday. I'm very excited, I finally found vista-compatible drivers for my scanner, so I can use it again without hoping my desktop will work. To celebrate, here are some of my more recent PSU drawings, and a preview of one that I'm working on now. Title: Kissing Artist: Demihime Rating: PG Pairing/Characters: Raven and Lucius, of course. XD I almost never draw any other pairing, because I don't care much for the story characters of PSU or PSO. Comments: To be honest, I had forgotten about this picture until I went back through the Phantasy Star community I made on ygallery. XD I figure I may as well post it. It was an attempt at a new way of drawing (and it's digital - software was Corel Painter 8). I could totally see Demi throwing a tea party and Lucius joining in gladly, with the both of them forcing Raven to join in. And of course, because of my taste in PSU room decor, it would be a fancy gothic tea party (Demi has the pink gothic room, Lucius has the black one). So I made some adjustments to the outfits my PSU characters wear to make them more frilly and gothic. o_o I will eventually finish it, but this is a huge undertaking because of all the detail. Most of this is well before I had developed my more "refined elegant" style of drawing, and a lot of it consists of doodles I did during class right when I started art school. It's not the greatest, but there are things that I like about each of them, and I might as well share. =D Time for another fanart dump. Maybe someday I will post some of my fanfics too. Sorry that some of this stuff is more solo-shots than anything. I want to draw more yaoi-esque stuff but I rarely have any ideas. XD If anyone would like me to consider drawing their characters or a particular pairing, just give me references and I'll see if I'm struck with any inspiration. =D I'm most familiar with the PSO and PSU designs, but I love Phantasy Star in general and would totally be willing to draw something from the older games if anyone wants to make a request. Pairing/Characters: Lucius and Raven, in their PSO forms (FOmar and HUmar, respectively). I carried the same characters over into PSU. XD Comments: The anatomy is very odd. But I like it anyway. I'm sad to see this community isn't very active any more... Well, I'm posting here anyway in hopes of rousing some other Phantasy Star yaoi fans! I'm just going to post some art for now. I appreciate any feedback I can get, positive or negative. =D I didn't see anything about posting art/fiction about player characters from PSO and PSU as opposed to the NPC/story characters, so my apologies if this is frowned upon. Hi there! I just thought I would post up some links to some phantasy star 3 fanart I'm doing. There's no yaoi or anything yet, I'm trying to start with a bust shot of all the chars in the game. So far I have the first generation main characters done: Rhys Lyle Wren Mieu Lena Maia I figured since everyone on this community's into PHS that it would be alright. and once I become more familiar with the chars, I might start taking more liberty and doing some yaoi. <3 (Why should Rhys only hook up with the girls? XD;;) there might be very, VERY mild spoilers in a few of the descriptions, depending on how far you've played into the game/if you've picked it up. On a side note, for those who are interested in picking up the old games, there is a Phantasy Star collection available on the GBA that I picked up for twenty bucks, which has Phantasy Star 1-3. If you're a console whore like I am, there is also the sega genesis collection which just came out for the playstation 2 (i got it for 30 in canada, I've heard someone say they got it for 20 US) which has Phantasy star 2-4 in it. Which makes me happy, PHS4 was my fave out of the games. |

In Phanta I like Rune/Chaz and Zio/Juza only. In my opinion anybody othr = impossible. So what I think about Chaz/Wren: (Anis read fic "Turned Out".) I don`like pairing, but fic isn`t bad.
