The other night...last night to be exact, I was watching Melissa and Joey and I just happened to spot our lovely former Yellow Ranger! I had my Sister rewind it and I squeed. I was like "OMG! NAKIA! I HUGGED HER!" she just laughed at me. Nakia is a doll and she was tres excited to see that I was sporting a Yellow Ranger keychain (it was DT Yellow and it was handing off my beltloop so it was kinda random but awesome)
But here she is! Also Melissa and Joey is hilarious and its not just because I'm a fan of Melissa Joan Hart and Joey Lawrence.
"Foods That Melt" is on the Taste Buds site this week. You can still watch it until Sunday, but I did promise pics of moustachio'd Matt in my last post.
How about a little Bulk to brighten your day? :) As much as I loved the Rangers, I always had a soft spot for him and Skull, especially when they evolved beyond bullies and grew up a little.
So, I was cleaning out the comm tags the other day and was looking at the tags/Rangers who haven't been featured. And somehow, poor Tanya was missed. So, I'm gonna fix that. :D
So I know I haven't been around much lately and the ratio of daily hotness has been very low. To make up for that, angel_negra, shurimon and myself have created a humble post--an ode to PR if you will--a meditation on the joys of spandex. Apologizes to the dial up or slow connections among us. This post is prolly not for you.
With apologies to The Discovery Channel, our gift to you, this most serious song of PR patriotism.
I just rediscovered a videotape a friend in Australia sent me a few years ago -- and it featured excerpts from a Channel 9 program from 1999, called "The Dream Factory", a documentary about young Australian hopefuls coming to Hollywood. One of the featured artists was Catherine Sutherland. She talks about her life in LA, her (then?) boyfriend Daniel Chilson, her work on Power Rangers and her role in the J-Lo movie "The Cell".
I tried to upload her segments to youtube, but have no idea how to reformat; if anyone can do that and is interested, send me a message and I'll mail the DVD copy to you. (The picture and audio quality is pretty bad, but AFAIK none of this has been seen in the US until now.)
Seven years ago, Jason David Frank and Alyson Kiperman appeared on MTV's Undressed as over-worked, sex-crazed coworkers at a record company. And since these kids appeared in their undies a lot, some of the pics are NSFW (unless your worksplace likes it like that).
I just watched it and they all look so hot dresses in 20s sytle and their voices...Adam and Richard don't talk enough but then I think I'd say that if they were the only one talking so...
