Rebuilding SL27

Peeps, I forgot to say, we're hiatused for Thanksgiving, and will be picking up again in December. Enjoy yer pie-making, and bonus points to whoever writes the most horrifying "Thanksgiving at the Centre" story before December.

Episode One Ex One Four, people! It's Ranger Jarod, people! (Which I will personally get to later this week. Is this the episode with the pig?)

For those of you who haven't seen this one yet, your homework is to go buy gum.

This, apparently, was vacation week for nearly all the regulars (and a light work week for most of the ones who don't play Jarod). Also, unlike "Once More With Feeling", it is not a musical episode. But perhaps it could have been. A little bit "South Pacific", a little bit Michael Stipe...

Oh, this one is a treat for y'all. It's, sadly, not the Halloween episode, but this one is well worth Huluin'.

(I would gladly watch a spinoff series of this episode that involved locking Syd, Parker, and Broots in a new hotel room every week.)

I'm so glad we have Angelo in the mix now. God, I love Angelo. Also, the Centre characters are getting highly snarktastic. (Which is good, cuz, while the main plots have hilarious guest characters, they're not much plot-wise. Mostly they're good for toys and comedy.) The Parker and Syd idea of a stakeout is genius.

Go get yer Hulu on, people!

Okay, so, Mirage was pretty crummy (and apparently not at all memorable, except for thinking it was crummy), but this one picks up some, with healthy doses of the good sort of evil. Also, the first appearance of a certain adorable recurring character.

I've fallen a bit behind myself, due to general other-things-happening, and it seems as though so have most of the participants, so this will be a free-for-all amnesty week for folks to catch up and post about episodes of their choice up to this point.

Just in time for Amnesty Week, Hulu has season 1 back up. So those of you (with access to Hulu) who were having problems finding the series, you can catch up with us if you start watching this second, and keep going for, er, seven or eight hours. (I don't know how long each season will be available on Hulu. It seems to be at least two months, and I'd guess more like three so they can do the full set in a year, but it's probably not the 22 weeks it'd take to watch a season at one per week, so you might need to zoom ahead of us if you're Hulu-dependent.)

So here ya go, free post to talk about episodes of your choice, or bitch about your watchathon issues, or whatever. Next week, we'll resume normal service.

The first season has really started getting rolling now, as I recall. (I'm gonna be late this week watching myself, so, y'know, I'm working on memory here.)

However, they have apparently not fully used up the bulk lot of generic titles they got at Costco when they started filming. (Seriously, guys, the titles are not where to economize, honestly.)

I'm very sentimental about this episode. Not only is it the most evil Christmas episode of anything ever, but my first unwilling Pretender victim stopped resisting on this episode, and flailed rather spectacularly. It's the gift that keeps giving.

Look! It's actually Sunday, and I'm on time! I think I deserve an award of awesome, yo.
