attention grand rapids
there's a meeting this tuesday in attempts to form a collective to open a volunteer run all ages veune next door to the wealthy theatre on wealthy street. the building is up for rent and costs $600 a month. we need to work together as a community in the grand rapids scene to bring ourselves back to the thriving music city we used to be. we all bitch and complain about how bad the scene is in this town, we have a chance to do something about it. so put your money where your mouth is and lets do something about it.

hey for any of you guys who might like to travel to MI there are two shows that i know about that are gonna kick ass in july. 1st one is Krohnstock. Mainly b/c the money goes for a good cause and b/c TAN! are gonna be there (thunderbirds are now! for those who don't know what i am referring to) if you haven't heard them i highly recommend you find something by them and give it a listen they make my booty shake and know how to put on a good show.Saturday, June 14
