If you are having trouble choosing a real-life person for your character or just having problems making icons, then make a comment in this post and we will try our best to help you.
Also taking a look at
character_pics might help you, just remember that you are going to be needing asian PB's unless your character is from another part of the world or a mixture (hāfu).

Okay here you have the timeline, which is base is a way for us mods as well as new players to get an easy overview of what's happened since we started. We will update this whenever we post the Weekly newsletter.

Are you interested in studying at a combined high school and university, full of interesting characters? Then Sado Boarding School is the right place for you!
We're always willing to take in new students, so feel welcome to apply at any time but please read through the rules before you apply.
Real Name: (Your name, or what you wish to be addressed as.)
Journal: (Your LiveJournal account name)
Your Age: (This you might think is not important but to us it is – this RP will contain adult material and according to Swedish law it is forbidden to expose anyone under 15 to adult material. So if you're not over 15 then don't bother applying. If no age is presented then we will reject your application.)
Time zone: (This it just for our references. In GMT if you know, please.)
AIM SN: (This is a must have since the RP takes place over AIM. If you don't have AIM then please go HERE to download it.)
Character: (The name of the character you are applying for. If a last name is lacking then feel free to make one up.)
Portrayed By: (When choosing the person your wish to portray your character in the game, make sure it is someone fitting for the part and not just someone you find attractive and/or has the right hair color. Also pay close attention to whether your character is a native Asian or not and choose a PB based on that. Please do not make your character non-Asian just because it is easier finding PBs that way.)
Describe your character with 5 words: (Name five words that describe the basis of the character/five base traits)
Character's Past: (Just give a slight outline in what has happened in your character's past IN GAME that makes them into whom they are when they arrive at the school.)
Canon power: (The power your character has in the canon.)
Modified power: (How you would convert the character's canon powers into something humanly possible since the original powers are nonexistent in the RP. Make sure you write down all powers, anything not written down will be viewed as something the character does not know.)
Character's Sexuality: (Due to some less good experiences we have added this and we would appreciate it if you could state your character's sexuality (heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, asexual etc.) and give us a short explanation of why you believe that the character is of that orientation. Please remember that sexual orientation does not define your personality and therefore should not define your character's personality either.)
Writing Sample: (A brief one or two paragraph sample written in a past tense/third person view. If you are going to use a character to interact with in this that is played by someone, we would appreciate if you looked up how that person plays the character.)
