Exploring writing and fiction whilst breaking the mould
We (alright, I, only a fraction of the 'we') believe our lives can be summarised by a few choice quotes.
"We aim to misbehave" - Or at least, make our characters do so. With big funky weapons wherever possible. We also believe in witty repartee (or the strong silent type), in melodrama, or just plain drama, and the belief that everything happens for a reason, even if it's just that I can't carry on the writing anymore.
"Oh my sweet Westley! What have I done?!" - Every hero should be mysterious, wear black, and have gorgeous floppy hair. Failing that, they should either engage in witty repartee, be a loveable rogue, or strong and silent and smouldering. (no, we're really not picky)
We idolise Maya - www.fictionalley.org/authors/maya and Joss Whedon and his creations. We also think Rowling has some serious issues to deal with in her writing. In that it's utterly rubbish.
Considering we're a group, it's hard to have a perfect bio, because no doubt there are members who completely disagree with at least some of the above.
That's to say - we're creative. So it's all good fun.
Joy: The next time someone asks me what I'm doing with the rest of my life, I shall reply that I am taking the hobbits to Isengard!
