That pretty much describes me, and probably all writes out there. That's why it's one of my favorite quotes.
I'm from Halmstad, Sweden, and I'm currently studying English and Spanish at Halmstad University, which I'll do for the next three years. After that I'll study to become a translator for another two years in Gothenburg. At least I hope so. I think I'd like to translate books or subtitles for TV-shows and movies, that would be fun, so we'll have to see if that's what I'll end up doing.
This LJ will be very fanfiction heavy since that is one of my biggest hobbies, that and making fanart. I have been writing fanfiction since January '07 and I'm mostly writing for the TV-show NCIS, but I'm also writing for Stargate: SG-1 and Torchwood. Slash and Gen is what I prefer to write so that's what you're most likely to find here, but there is some het as well.
Everything that's not fanfiction or fanart, or has nothing to do with any of those two, will be friends locked, so if you want to read my ramblings about my animals, school, books, tv-shows, movies and my family, and everything else I might come to wright about, can go right ahead and friend me. I'm actually a very nice person and I love getting new friends, so it's a big chance that I'll friend you right back, but I will NOT do it if I suspect that your LJ account is used for nothing but advertising. It's really annoying when someone friends me that turns out not to be "real", so to speak, and I will remove any such user from my friend list immediately.
