They Probably had the nufflle deals tied to a timer when the season was originally set to expire during overtime. NO one probably realized that when they made the last season indefinite till the relaunch at the end of the year. I doubt they have anyone monitoring it constantly. I see and understand your point but honestly for them to fix it in less than a day is really good

Yes, Blood Bowl 3 is still supported.

The plan is to bring a new season with more limited content, without a new faction, but a more open shop while we prepare for Warhammer Blood Bowl, now planned to be released for the end of the year.

The development team is largely focused on Warhammer Blood Bowl, which can explain some oversights such as the shop rotation.

Unfortunately, if you haven't followed the situation closely, the game has changed publisher in the meantime. This has made the transition more complex than expected, involving administrative and technical work with platform holders and partners. This is why launching this new BB3 season is taking longer than initially planned.

PROTIP: Don't wall off EVERY damn thing behind a paywall with WARHAMMER BLOOD BOWL. That's what made me bounce off of Blood Bowl 3. And the stuff that is premium... make it EASY to buy. I shouldn't have to buy each team and each cosmetic and each cheerleader set and each turf, etc... separately. Streamline, my dudes
