This is one of those topics that's a bit out there. I have been playing gears 5 online pretty much since it came out. I'm finding out that the developer doesn't care about console cheaters at all. In fact, it seems like they are helping them a little to much. On console, these weak platforms especially the Xbox allows their gamers to use the Cronus max. In gears 5, I noticed that these punks have cheats that can go as far as disabling your character from being able to fire your weapon at times. Some people would say it's the algorithm from the games network. Regardless, the developers are helping them by dumbing down our PCs. It's highly unrealistic to make a game where a slow ass weak Xbox can out gun a high end PC with a Ryzen 9, and a 5090, or a 7900 XTX with 64 gigs of ram. This is highly unacceptable, and needs to be addressed. I can understand if they have to have input latency where the game is fair for everyone, but not to the point where you cannot even use your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapon at all. I think the developer and Xbox should be held accountable, and face disciplinary actions.
