Is there more to know? I know that this company wants to "play their cards close to their chests", but can we not get at least SOME clues as to what is going on?

The team is working hard creating and polishing Viva's life mode, besides some tweaks here and there with the build mode, we hope to soon share a little bit about it on our socials :HeartMDS:
It seems that the main website is non-existent now. Is this game now dead?

I am no longer part of the project for some while now, I have no idea, sorry.
It sounds like they canceled the game and didn't tell anyone.

My thoughts exactly!
That would be standard practice now, it seems. How disappointing.

This game was a tad different than INZOI in that this was specifically a multi-player game and was targeted for that market whilw INZOI was like the Sims and is targeted toward single player.

Wrong, Inzoi plans to offer multiplayer and multiable citys from diffrent parts of the world and there culture and such they said just not on the release but its there future plan to offer multiplayer and multiable citys that are open worlds with there culture.
Inzoi even has cutsceens from things you

Vivalands was going to be more like the sims 4 with limited tiny area's with load zones that could be shared with others you can invite into.

Also don't freeget that even EA canceled Sims 5 when Inzoi was announced and show cased.

Inzoi production value just really big i think i remember seeing they had a production value of over 100million dollars and they made the game in a very reasonable time frame out passing all the competitors when u check out the date they entered production of the project.

So ya other life sims games and there developers got cold feet even EA did with the sims 5 that got canceled recently too.

So over all

Sims 5 wasn't exactly cancelled, EA just confirmed that their next project would be different - it will be more of an MP game, so it was named differently as they are not planning a direct successor.

I don't think the existence of InZoi is causing all other life-sim games to fold; if the games industry worked like that we would only have one title per genre. This genre is the only one that currently applies to, and it needs to change...
