Just up to this point now, the void child talks to you after you get the 2nd horror and tells you to meet it at the great dome.

the bug mutants keep killing me. what am i doing wrong?

Can you give any more hints on where the third one is? I have been wondering about in time line A but haven't found anything after going through the portal the child makes

Where is the last head key? I know I need it but I never found the 3rd one and the games not giving any hints.

The last (fourth) key is tied to the story. You need to progress to the final chapter and someone will basically give it to you.

I got a question about this quest: Can you, as the queslog suggests, actually obtain the sample from the Many Machine without killing it? I already found 4 Valve wheels, the generator and the glass pool that you can shoot. But this either just kills the machine with electricity right out, or lets it heal up at the vending machine for a bit.Am I supposed to be able to extract a sample when it is healing? Or am I completely off and the solution is something totally different?

Yea I got the same situation; Looked around all over the place and can't find non-violent solution.

Yea I got the same situation; Looked around all over the place and can't find non-violent solution.

When electricity "kills" him, that's not killing, because he's a machine, and you basically just overcharge him. So no worries, if you deactive him with using the pools, and not brute force or ammo or anything like that, the game will still register it, as you did the peaceful way of eliminatig him.

Where did you guys find the third head? I only have two, and no matter how many new ones I pick up, it stays at two. Anyone know what's going on?

Which 2 did you find?

The second and third heads are shown in the flasks inside the shelter. Orbis and Shard.

im more interested where is the thrid... I backtracked wtih final hand and sadly find nothing really interested behind closed door, exept another note that Dr. Green is insane

SPOILER: If you have the 2 genes (from Rose and the Many Machine) and also you already spoke with the Child, you just need to go trough the portal the Child opened for you. Turst us, you'll find the third super-being.

I can't reach the quest objective because the door is locked and I don't have the head to open the door.
